Hello coaches,
Thanks again for all the time you have put in this season with your players. We hope you enjoy the last week, lots of new drill ideas on the blog.
Rory and myself will be doing player evaluations this week, so we will not necessarily available at practices to help you out (we will let you know if we are available). Do ask questions of us if you have them, we will be around. To help us with player evaluations please USE the practice plans provided this week and make sure you also include both Games (remember we are using GAG methodology which means we provide the players two opportunities to play/scrimmage in practice around the technical session). It is also important to coach the technical session portions of practice. Thank you!!!
If you are running 3 team mixed games this week (all 3 team groupings) please ensure someone is timing if you are playing two fields and that someone is taking charge of the pinnie team.

We also want to hear feedback from you on the season. I will send out a short survey later this week or early next week but if there are things happening that you would like to see change provide some constructive feedback on a feedback form on the RYSA website. New ideas are always welcome!
